Ramz generator

Ramz is nominal generator, ot allows to allocate names to I/O of any nature of datas, this is done by the application of the serial numbers to the sideral time and the tropical calendar.so it is in relation with the internal clock of the computer though specific software we consider for each I/O the computer must call the sideral date via serial numbers operators (MOD) compute the coordinates, converts numerics into alphabetics though vectors, look for the dominant character within time duration and generate the different combinations on the base vectors in change of charaters.

1- Serial numbers
by analogy with lotus 1.2.3 Ramz considers DATE and TIME functions but in sideral timing, so we can consider the function that has a serial number as result and on the other hand, the function that accepts serial numbers as arguments :
- @DATE, @DATVAL, @ACTUEL, @TEMPS and @HEURVA()
- @jour,@heure,@minute,@mois,@second and @annee
Ramz consider in plus+, the conversion of chains of characters into DATE and TIME function and vise-versa.
